Blueberry Lemon Drop

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Western Son Blueberry Vodka

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • Sugar for rim

  • Handful of blueberries

  • Lemon slice for garnish

METHOD:

  • Rim martini glass with sugar

  • Muddle blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup into shaker

  • Add remaining ingredients & ice into shaker

  • Shake & strain into martini glass

  • Garnish with blueberries & lemon slice
